ITA Learn To Meditate is designed to give you an awareness of the core dynamics at the heart of all forms of meditation. This provides you with first hand experience of a broad range of styles, techniques and tools so you can choose an approach that is best for you.
Everyone can, and does, meditate in their own way.

Founder of the ITA approach to meditation
Melaney Ryan is a fourth generation energy worker with over 30 years of clinical experience as an energy therapist. She is the founder of the Melaney Ryan Institute of Applied Consciousness (formerly Australian StillPoint Institute) and developer of the ITA Energy Medicine and Mahat Meditation systems.
